Rully has more than 15 years of professional experience in training and consulting industry. He has a master degree in finance management. He started his career as a finance staff in a consulting firm, then he moved to HR training and consulting company to become a trainer in 1994.
He discovered his passion in teaching Problem Solving and Decision Making, Project Management. He has been helping many national and international organizations to develop their employees with these useful knowledge. He was certified for the Problem Solving and Decision Making facilitator by Kepner-Tregoe USA in 2001. His last position was a Training & Education General Manager 2012 at an ICT Company in Jakarta.
